“Owner was very nice and attentive to our needs with anything else we needed. Quiet backyard with grill picnic tables and kayaks for use on salt pond. Rooms are a little tight, but for 4 people suggest going to beach ball inn across the street there sister property. Alot more room in there 2 bedrooms. ”

“Very nice room with a good ocean view. No balcony/outdoor seating though. No ice machine, coffee maker or hairdryer. Nice oceanfront bar, but if you're looking for a quiet spot the music plays well into the night and is loud inside the room for those who are trying to sleep. Wifi was very weak. Easy ocean access. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

"The room was full of dog hair, the bathroom had dogs bathing in it and the smell was very pungent, the bathroom had the most dog hair in it, room cleanliness and hygiene must be upgraded. Environment and facilities are good."
