“The pictures that we saw was not indication of the place we stayed at. The place was dirty. It’s not been updated in many years and nothing seems to be in order. The towels were old and even the grass outside and the balcony stunk of animal urine. It does not seem like anyone takes care of the place. ”

“The manager of the property was very responsive if i had questions. The property could have been cleaned a little better, especially the gaming area. But overall it wasnt too bad. The heat was the biggest issue. The temp got down to 38F and it was rayher cold. There is not a central heat system. You have to use space heaters. Its a large space so it was difficult to regulate. Thebpool was still closed and the back yard looked a little neglected. No sitting area, just some dirty outdoor chairs.……

"I like that this place is clean and well maintained, staff are really nice and understands people's need. I would say this place is not really convenient, buses take an hour to get to Mississauga Square one, and Toronto is obviously further, but I was aware of it. More suitable for people with cars."
