“BAD customer service!!! My booking was canceled the day of with no explanation and money cannot be refunded for until 15 days. Due to the fact that it was short notice making arrangements elsewhere was double the price. This property is the worst do not book!!!!!”

“This Air B & B is among my favourites. The main floor is the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is a huge private living space including a living room and a full kitchen (regular sized fridge and stove). Plus laundry facilities next to the kitchen. All these amenities are enclosed in your private space. This is an ideal space with close proximity to the TO Pearson Airport, but some distance from downtown Toronto. “We loved this condo! It was on the 33rd floor and had amazing views of the city (and a little of Lake Ontario). There are 2 beds, one day bed, and one fold-out couch, so it's suitable for a family. Underground parking, laundry, pool, and gym. There is a Rabba 24h food market a few min walk away. The host was excellent and ensured there was laundry soap, toiletries, and snacks. ”

“The property was very neat and clean. Two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Even thought previous guests caused damage, host had it quickly repaired before our arrival. Would recommend.”

"當晚我們預訂了兩晚雙床房，三人排隊辦理入住手續時已經接近深夜兩時，然後等候多時才被告知我們的房間仍在清潔中要再等候。然後接近三時才告知沒有雙床房，只有一張大床另加梳化床，我們因為已經身心俱疲只能無奈接受。然後我們上房近十五分鐘後，梳化床送入房間，服務員只把床送到門口後便離開其餘要我們善後，如此安排和服務不能接受！"

"We called to ask for the hotel transfer and the guy told me the wrong spot S5 to wait. After 20 mins wait we called again and they gave us the right R3 spot but the shuttle is every half hour so we wait for another 20 mins before being taken to hotel . Quite disappointing. They should have clear instructions on the hotel confirmation so we don't need to search for it."
