“Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. ”

“Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above……

“Found this beautiful home with all the accommodations I was looking for, pool, pool table, theater, very spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and communication was easy with the owner. I love that they also allow small parties as several of my family members in town wanted to stop by with well wishes.
