“Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above……

“The building and hallways had a constant funky smell but the loft itself was wonderful. The location was great. It was disappointing to learn after the fact that the parking wasn’t available and it was a hassle to find street parking because the building is across from a nightclub and restaurant, and next door to a hotel. Trash from the previous stay remained outside the loft door for the entirety of our trip. The building manager was very nice and the property managers were very responsive.……

We had a problem locating the thermostat, because I didn't carefully read the visitor guide. The property manager was quick to help when I emailed asking about it.
