“They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.”

“The reception was a big help to us. I forgot to ask his name. He can speak English very well and very very kind.
