“This rental was just as described. It was very cute clean and cozy. The couple hosting the rental were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting the farm. Kevin, Hamlet and the dogs were fantastic. We came to town for a fundraiser and for the NASCAR race. We certainly could have stayed closer to Concord but this was a lovely place to stay and really not too far away. The setting made it well worth the few extra miles to drive to the race and other events near Concord. We look forward to our……

“This is a great place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. We stayed here with a family of five which included three teenagers. The cottage had all we needed to enjoy the week (but to be candid, we did not spend too much time inside other than to make food and sleep since we were always out enjoying the lake all week). We brought our wakeboat to use on the lake and it is a great area of the lake to be on for that. The cove and lake are perfect for all your watersport interests! ……

“My family stayed here for a couple nights for a funeral and during the day my brothers and sisters and their kids hung out outside here. Lots of space outside and they have horseshoes. Really cool house, each bedroom with its own minisplit so it was really comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy, check in and check out were wonderful. Definitely would stay again!”

“We had a great time at this lake house. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our stay, which included fishing for the men and lazy/relaxation for the ladies. The dock was perfect for our 24ft SeaArk (public boat ramp was about a 5-10 minute boat ride from the house) and came with built in boat bumpers. Fishing from the dock itself proved to be our 4 year-old's highlight of the trip. There were plenty of brim and blue gill. There is also a free public splashpad park about 5/10 minutes……

“Rented for my son's graduation and was able to easily sleep 8 and host a graduation bbq with others. Fantastic memory and a great environment to connect with a larger group in a family setting. Owners were great and very helpful all around so that I could host a great weekend.”

“While there are other houses visible, this property was extremely quiet and relaxing. Great location, "civilization" easily accessible...just a short drive. Hope to stay again when we're more physically mobile (one broken back and one broken leg... hopefully we'll be fully recovered soon). Plenty of historic sites nearby.”
