“Good overall but lack of cleanliness in the rooms, dirty coffee cup found in the living room armchair, bedside light bulb that did not work so lack of lighting in the room.”

“I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and……

“We have stayed here on a number of visits as we use Johannesburg as a travel hub. We arrive, and the room is ready. No fancy formalities, just a lovely greeting from Sue and the Staff. Had a rather early morning departure to the Airport - breakfast was available - thank you We will be back ”

“Our apartment was lovely , very spacious , well decorated and clean , customer service was great throughout . Restaurant was really good .Quiet and safe location with a mall and lots of restaurants near by ( the shuttle to the mall was a great bonus ) .”

“We were in Joburg to visit family before a flight out to USA. The room was excellent - esp the view across to Little Falls and the city. Best of all they were very accommodating of our need for an extended checkout at a reasonable fee so that we could head tot he airport rested. ”

“We were booked in an Executive Room, however, due to an accident happened in the hotel (flooding in 3rd floor) they arranged us to their sister hotel under the same group. However, the new hotel was far from the central area where the original one just right next to the mall. Moreover, they put us in standard room instead of the Executive Room as I booked. In addition, they just booked us in the replaced one for one night and ask us to back to the original one the next day... it is really……
