“The appartment is well situated between Reggio nell Emilia, Modena and Bologna and not far from the lovely hills of the Appenin Mountains hence offering lots of opportunities for biking and hiking. It has a large terrace which invites for having breakfeast in the morning and dinner in the evening. For this we would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped. We would have also enjoyed contacts with the farmer.In summary, we liked this place.”

“I loved the little apartment right in the heart of historic Bologna. It was modern, quiet, private and charming. A real experience of daily life. AND...it has a washer dryer which was perfect for me on my long trip in Italy.”

“As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. “The apartment was beautiful and worked very well for us. Elevator access was very convenient. The smells of Bologna (the food!) were amazing.The only negatives were the sounds of the restaurants below. The patrons were happy and enjoyed themselves late into the night. Also -- on Saturdays, finding a taxi service with our suitcases and wheelchair was difficult since all streets in the area closed off for foot traffic that day.”

“L'hébergement est bien placé, entre Bologne et Modène, permettant de rejoindre rapidement différents sites d'intérêt. La piscine est superbe, grande et avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante. Notre hôte a été sympathique et particulièrement réactif dès que nous avons pu avoir besoin de quelque chose.”

“Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και σε καλή κατάσταση και σε καλή τοποθεσία.Ελειπε μια καφετιέρα ή καφές στιγμιαίος,είχε μόνο τσαι. Το βράδυ από το ισογείο ακουγόταν υπερβολικός θόρυβος τόσο που μας εμπόδισε να κοιμηθούμε και καλέσαμε την αστυνομία. Μπορούσε να είναι περισσότερο προσεγμενο”

“La casa está a 100 metros de la estación de tren Pieve Saliceto. Y tiene rutas cada hora a Parma Central. Los días domingos solo funciona el bus y el tren no. Para tenerlo en cuenta. Sugiero que lleven su supermercado antes de llegar a casa porque no encontramos nada cerca. Para descansar y desconectarse está bien esta propiedad. Alex el anfitrión siempre estuvo en comunicación y responde rápido. ”
