“We did not actually get to stay at this property, so the five-star rating is not for the property itself, but rather, the ownership... A couple days before our reservation, the owner called very apologetic, informing us that there was a sewer backup and that we wouldn't be able to stay there. But he had a friend who owned a similar size house 5 minutes away, who would be able to put us up for the night, no change in rates or anything. He was super apologetic and went out of his way to get us……

“I had the most amazing stay. The cabin is so lovely. Everything is so beautiful. There are so many wonderful touches. The bed is the most comfortable and I had the best nights sleep. The hot tub is awesome. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. The hosts are the best! They helped me more than once during my stay :) They are so kind and left wine and cheese, snacks and if you have forgotten something, no worries they have it. Thank you for the plant! The yard and trees are incredible. I could watch……

“The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t do much cooking, but they have all the basics. We happened to be there on a Sunday when it snowed. It was a nice place to just stay in and relax, but close to everything if you want to go out and find things to do. ”

There were some holes in walls that looked as if they were caused by doorknobs, but other than that it was perfect for a quick trip. “This was a beautiful Christmas vacation. The property was serene. Beautifully maintained and impeccable. We were greeted with an amazing freshly cleaned smell as soon as we walked in. Very spacious! The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you need to prepare and serve meals. The owners even took care to ensure multiple Christmas trees were up for us. The bird feeders were kept full our entire stay even though it was December. My family was in love. Can’t wait to go back!!!”
