“Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de charme, déco très soignée et chic, restaurant délicieux, personnel attentionné, les bains extérieurs et les massages sont à essayer absolument! Privilégiez une chambre avec un balcon vue sud, le spectacle est époustouflant! Le seul bémol: chambre assez petite même si conforme aux photos et espaces de rangement limités.”

“酒店距離火車站3分鐘，隔離有超市，不過6時左右就close,附近冇餐廳選擇，只可以在酒店吃，不過都ok,酒店午餐唔算貴，酒店有露台，望見馬特雄峯，環境清幽，20分鐘有一班shuttle train 去策馬特，都幾方便，這個價錢比起住策馬特優勝，推薦”

“Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw……

“I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat……

“The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too.”

From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. ”
