“The breakfast was great - especially the service from the older gentleman who kept an eye on all proceedings, making sure it all ran smoothly. Check in took quite some time as did the time I asked for an extra pillow - Saturday night around 7 pm. The facilities were very well kept, lovely friendly cleaner on Saturday afternoon on way to pool. Great place which we will recommend to everyone. Just wondering whether I should have got a discount for breakfast as joined as a member.”

HIGHLY recommend the Koala experience, the Ultimate Penfold's Experience, and the RM Williams Experience (was unexpectedly AWESOME!!). Food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. “位置相對寧靚，但去市中心亦相當方便，坐落湖邊，散步亦相當舒服，食肆選擇亦多元化，商舖接着步行路程之中。房間亦有足夠空間處理大型行李，相當方便。亦有暖爐及暖燈，相當細心。”
