“This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little……

“What a luxurious stay! The service and hospitality was 5 star, with consistent care, friendliness, and attention to detail by all staff during our stay. Very accommodating to our needs with baby, and exactly what we needed as nervous first time parents travelling as a family. Food was impeccable at their restaurant, we dined there about 8 times!
