“Needed a place to stay while myself and a group of friends worked near Collbran for a week. John and Nancy were super friendly and their house was exactly what we needed, cozy beds, a clean kitchen to cook in and a place to shower up at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Collbran. ”

“Great rooms, great food and wonderful staff!”

“We had a great three nights here— during the day we either went exploring on the Mesa or went down to Palisade. we loved spending time on the deck looking at birds, sunsets, etc. So nice not to be in view of any other homes. The house was perfect for us. only suggestion would be to put a non-slip rug next to the bed in the master bedroom”

“This property and host combination is one of the best out there. Host was extremely friendly and accomadating. The place had spectacular views with cleanliness and feel of the property making it a true home away from home. 5 star stay all the way around. ”
