John and Nancy were super friendly and their house was exactly what we needed, cozy beds, a clean kitchen to cook in and a place to shower up at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Collbran. ”

“We had a great three nights here— during the day we either went exploring on the Mesa or went down to Palisade. we loved spending time on the deck looking at birds, sunsets, etc. So nice not to be in view of any other homes. The house was perfect for us. only suggestion would be to put a non-slip rug next to the bed in the master bedroom”
