“Bonne accueil,pas de bruit ”

“No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included.……

“Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. “Amazing boutique style hotel, great location 2 min away from main parking garage , right on the middle of the main city ….very friendly and helpful stuff. but before you book the smallest room, please be aware that you will be facing a wall of the other part of the hotel building which is 5ft away from your window and you will mostly experience a dark environment all day . ”
