“Need a bit walking from tram station, but it’s quiet and I fell safe at the area. Mind that there’s occasionally sirens sounds, as there’s police station nearby and a fire station next to the hotel. Staff are nice and fluent checkin. The room was generally clean, but we have no shower gel at the first two night, and they don’t refill tissue paper. Of course we can ask for them, but I think they can be more careful and attentive. I was living on 4th floor, and sometimes there’s sound of water……

“Clean place; friendly staff; quiet despite the restaurant downstairs. However, the internet didn’t work well in my room. Nevertheless, it was a very good choice for my visit at the University of Melbourne.”

“I choose to stay in Brady because it located in alleys, not main roads. I expected it would be a silent place in CBD. However the noise came from the pipes in the toilet every night. Anyway, except for this, Brady is a good hotel to stay, especially you can have a morning run in Carlton Garden nearby. ”

“It was a modern and up to date room. beds were comfy and wifi was fast. room did feel a little small but that wasn't a problem for me. A nice and fairly priced room especially considering the location.”

“Staff are polite and smiling, beautiful accommodation, overlooking the park Good facilities with induction cooker, washing machine and dryer Cleaning service needs to be improved, towels not changed, no vacuuming... The makeup mirror has a fixed height, so short guests cannot use it.”

“Unlike some of the comments, the location is not convenient. 10min walk from nearest tram station and 20min walk from nearest free tram station. However there are many restaurants (mainly Italian) ard the hotel. Impressed by receptionist Paul, very enthusiastic to introduce the environment around the hotel and Melbourne city, very welcoming. However, was so disappointed by the staff Jack. impatient and unhelpful on arranging the shuttle bus to the airport. Probably wont stay again.”

“Great service, the lady offered us early check in. So we could get some rest after a long overnight flight. Good oocation, just a few minutes walk to the tram station and many cafe nearby. ”
