“The location, views, proximity to the beach were fantastic!Communication was hard and we arrived to a locked house, eventually found the keys.We stayed in April so it was a chilly and rainy, the only heat is the fireplace. We were comfortable making fires but not everyone might. It is a solar powered house with solar hot water so when the sun isn’t out the hot water was tepid.The location and views are worth the quirks!”

“To start with the (only a few) positives: - The property manager was forthcoming and friendly. - Location of the property is ok: Elafonisos is 10 minutes by car + 10 minutes by ferry away; Kastania cave, Petrified forest and Monemvasia are all 30-40 minutes away. “This is a nice property in Monemvasia but we did experience a few problems. The electricity went out multiple times and we were initially asked to work around their schedule for check-in time.
