“We were dropping our son off at CMU and the home was an easy 15 minute drive to the campus. Check in was easy, the home was very clean and the bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. The August temps were high so it was great to have AC. The washer and dryer were new and super convenient. The street parking worked out fine for us. It worked out great for the 3 of us! ”

We loved that this was close enough to the main attractions yet enough space from the center to have a neighborhood feel with grocery store and park within walking distance. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!”
