“We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay……

“Stayed here for a wedding. Our room had an enclosed patio but it opened into a corner during a large street celebration which was quite loud. I would have preferred almost any other room in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and called me when I had left a few things behind. ”

“Our stay at this hotel began promisingly with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable. I immediately went to the reception,……
