“You stay for the incredible 180 million dollar view of the lake, the trees, the snowcapped mountains (at the end of June), a variety of birds (including an eagle), critters, and even a young buck...plus the starry night (the Milky Way was directly ahead of us!). Bring binoculars and a telescope if you have one! There are so many ways to enjoy the Sierras and we've done many, from a tent trailer to a cabover camper, a motorhome, and renting a 5th wheel. We splurged on this experience for my 50th……
