“Spacious cabin with a wonderful fireplace”

“This was a very nice place to stay. It’s a great location to use as a base camp for traveling to Yosemite and other interesting places in the area, and there are 3 other lakes in the “neighborhood” for fishing, boating, and hiking also! Clean and comfortable - I/we would definitely stay here again. : )”

“Love that the Alpine Chalet had plenty of room for our family getaway. It had everything we needed and was walking distance to the restaurants and general store. It was also a great central location for us to explore all the spots we wanted to along Hwy 395. The only downside was we did have to wash some of the blankets prior to using them. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would book the chalet again.”

“We were able to fit 10 grown men in this house for a snowboarding trip! Both couches pull out into queen size beds, there is one bed in the loft (watch your head going up!), and two bedrooms on the first floor. We definitely maxed out the place, but it was still cozy and comfortable enough. There were a few dishes in the dishwasher that still needed a little cleaning, but overall the entire house was nice and clean. We also enjoyed walking around the little neighborhood, and grabbing breakfast……

“Convenient check in and check out. Property owner/manager was responsive. The unit was a bit dated and so many random dressers collected over time. There were plenty of towels, but not any bedsheets for the futon or pull out beds.”

“Nice view to the lake right next to it. Spacious and clean. The only needed improvement we can say about is that the first-floor bathroom has a narrow clear window in the wall between the two sinks but comes with no blind or any sort of cover. We have to use a couple of trash bags to cover it in the evening.”

“ The property was generally well kept and appointed. My less than Perfect rating was due to shower door cleanliness, and the lack of Kleenex and shower liquid soap. Otherwise, the countertops are beautiful. The flooring is up-to-date and well kept, the furnishings are an OK condition, though one of the lamps needed repair. The Unit could easily sleep two on the king, potentially two on a double, and two additional in bunkbeds. There is plenty of linen and blankets And towels ”

“Over all place is great ,great location. Place needs some twiks on windows too tought to close and no screens,upstairs toilet flush handle sticks ,some room doors squeak need some cooling upstairs”
