“Beautiful property. The river view porch was the highlight for our family. Getting to enjoy our morning coffee watching the deer cross the river and then the evenings relaxing and seeing the turtles, fish and birds over the river so relaxing. Owner was really responsive and great clean place. Kids loved chasing fireflies in the yard!! Can't wait to stay here again!”

“Gorgeous property. Beautiful, relaxing setting on a working farm. House is spacious, comfortable and very well stocked. Host is very thoughtful, we were greeted with snacks and bottled water. We look forward to returning. East trip up/back to Purdue where we were visiting our daughter from out of state. ”

“Communication with the homeowner was excellent! She really cares about the experience the renter is having rather than just the income generated from the rental. She set the stage for a really enjoyable time with a basket of goodies and cucumber flavored and other water in the fridge made available. She really helped us have a very nice time.”

“The house was very nice and clean. It is well stocked for all kinds of situations. I had a family gathering and this home was wonderful. I thought I had enough life jackets for all but I was one short and there just happen to be an extra in the ski room. The kids and adults enjoyed jumping off the dock into the water. The fire pit was great to get everyone calmed down so they could watch a movie and go to bed. The only thing we did not get to try was making some popcorn so hopefully next……

“Not what we expected. Condition below what we are used to. Based on the listing expected all lights ceiling fans, tv’s internet the additional rental space with the house set up should just be included and adjust the price to compensate. No toaster, a 20 dollar item. Other issues not worth going into since we will not use this rental company again. We come to the area 1 time a year for a family gathering. Still looking for that forever place to book. We travel often and love when we find that……

The décor was charming and beautifully done — we loved every detail. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.
