Cabins were new, the bed was comfy and nothing beats walking barefoot through the stream or sitting around the fire pit. Gorgeous views when the sun burns through the fog in the mornings too. We're definitely coming back! We were there with two other couples and you wouldn't even have known. The pollinator garden was a nice touch too. hank you! ”

“Really loved being able to walk out to the Bluff Walk and down by the railroad tracks. So many great restaurants and places to eat/drink within walking distance. Had our doodle with us and this was the perfect home base in a very dog-friendly town. The listing was accurate, clean, easy to access once we got the codes, and would highly recommend!”

“Friends meeting to talk and eat together while seeing a small part of Lynchburg. Unit was chosen based on large living room and dining room table for 8. If listed, failed to notice that all bedrooms were upstairs with one of the two baths were downstairs. Therefore, half of the group had to travel up and down stairs to use bathroom. The stairs were a real safety hazard! The floor, stair steps and two landings were all finished the same brown glossy color. One person fell and three others had……

“Beautiful home full of charm and character. Easy, check-in. Comfortable temperature inside, despite the heat outside. SUPER comfortable bed (neither fluffy nor firm). The towels smell wonderful (just fresh, not perfumy) :)Quiet, lovely, neighborhood; just 1 block from downtown shops and restaurants etc- easily walkable. If you’re a coffee person, you may love that there’s a French press (in addition to the keurig and drip coffee maker). ”

“This was our fourth trip to the river house. This time we went to celebrate my granddaughter who turned 13 and my daughter who turned 30. It was a wonderful week full of fun, adventure, hiking, swimming/playing in the river, s’mores, food and games. This is the absolute best place in the world for quality family time.
