“I brought 14 middle and high school students from Colorado on a week long trip to visit pittsburgh. The Clement was clean and comfortable for us, and had almost everything we needed. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and safe. Phillip and his Assistant were very personable and helpful, and checked in with us regularly. “Loved the 4 levels! It helped give everyone space when it was needed. The house was clean and recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable. Location was good and close to everything. My only issue was lack of information about check in and leaving the home. There was no information about what needed to be done at checkout.maybe a list could be placed inside the home fo future guests. Other than that we were very pleased with the home. Thank you ”

Overall, my experience was quite positive and exceeded my expectations—until the final night of my stay. I woke up to find my room filled with smoke, which was quite alarming as it seemed to hang like a cloud over my head.
