“We went to Ottawa for a fitness competition and chose this hotel stay at and it was incredible. Service was amazing. I felt sick over the weekend and the staff brought ice to my room at 3 AM within minutes. The balcony option was amazing. The cleanliness was on point and the bed was so comfortable.”

Poor interior condition

"Hotel is too old and didn't have enough maintenance. Not so grand as expected. According to the interior condition, they seemed didn't concern the feeling of the customer. Won't not stay here again."
