“We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year”

“Great location! Nice downtown area to walk. Train up to ski resort was nice but for the rain hiking was limited. Nice weather and it would have been GREAT!”

“Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado.”

“El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. “Merveilleux hôtel, très bien rénové dans l'esthétique du début du 20ème siècle. Par contre, la restauration n'est pas su tout au niveau. Nous avons laissé sa chance au menu dégustation sans aucune satisfaction. Donc, rien ce point, passez votre chemin.”
