“My wife and I were traveling back from visiting family in Pittsburgh to our home in Cape Cod. Lazy River Cottage is the mid-point. We went on VBRO to searching for a property and this one appealed to us. Wow, Wow, Wow….what a location (on the banks of the Delaware River)…it is private and tranquil. The cottage has all the modern conveniences and well appointed. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be back. ”

“For the dogs: our dogs enjoyed the big fenced-in backyard. There's also a HUGE fenced-in dog run a few minutes drive away. For the humans: My wife and I enjoyed the gaming options (Xbox, Playstation, and an arcade machine). There's a nice little town a few minutes drive away, with a supermarket, CVS, and decent coffee and food options.”

“The house has a lot of character and the outdoor areas are really peaceful. The owner just needs to resolve the issue with sulfur in the water because the rotten egg smell is too strong to tolerate.”
