“We came to visit the Silver Lake Sand Dunes but we had more fun hanging out at the rental!! The property is in a wonderful location! A park right across the street, the beach 5 minutes away, and a mini market with ice cream on the corner. Our family made great use of the kayaks, tubes, cornhole, and horseshoes supplied by the host. We had such a fun time my son wanted to rebook for July 4th but it’s already reserved. ”

“We loved the house! The deck! The view! The trails!! The beach! The roller coaster! The dune ride!!My husband and I plus our four grandchildren had a wonderful time at Golden Dunes!! The house came complete with everything we needed. Our grandchildren especially loved the trails and gathering wood for our campfire. Thank you for sharing your home with us!! We hope to come again next year!”

“Well furnished seating in the open kitchen, dining, living areas. Was great for comfortable gatherings with our family.The two bathrooms are comfortable. Laundry machines worked well.The best feature of this property is the waterfront accessibility. It has a great deck on the house with a pergola for shade, and a great view of the beach to watch the kids. The middle area has a nice fire pit, and then the beach level with a pier. All areas had plenty of chairs available.Kayaks and paddle boat and……

“12 adults for a joint bachelor/ Bachelorette party for the weekend. More than enough beds and bathrooms for all of us plus 2 patios to hangout on. Ideal location for the dunes and close enough to bars if you have someone willing to drive. Access to lake and kayak included was great as well. Had a blast and would definitely stay again if dunes are a repeat vacation!”

“We hosted a business owners meeting, and used the house to accommodate guest and facilitate our meetings. The house worked out great. Plenty of space for guest to spread out and have some privacy. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. Would highly recommend this rental. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The cabins are much closer to each other than we thought, so that was big plus. Close to the sand dunes but also secluded. Alan and Grace were very nice! Their dogs were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Fun, relaxing place to stay. We caught several bass while out in the lake, and there is horseback riding (Stony Lake Stables) and Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo not too far away.”
