“The hotel room was certainly UNIQUE. I have never seen a design like that. it was very FRENCH. Not a complaint, it was very cute and the decor made me smile. Beautiful spacious bathroom as well. Very nice stay. Friendly staff. Would stay again”

“Je ne savais pas que l'accueil était fermé entre 11 h et 17 h car instructions envoyés par mail et je ne les lis pas tous les jours. Heureusement, une employée m'a aidée à avoir le code d'accès à ma chambre. Bravo au personnel. Si soucis, il y a le Nîmotel, juste à côté pour aider la personne à gérer la borne, au niveau du portail. Il faudrait recevoir le code d'accès par SMS, beaucoup plus simple pour des personnes de mon âge (retraitée).”
