“This was the perfect cottage for a winter getaway. I was solo, but the home could have easily accommodated many more. I loved the vintage touches and had a nice time listening to the classic vinyl records while enjoying a glass of wine and watching it snow. I had dinner outside on the patio one night and the view was lovely. It is just a few minutes drive from Woodstock and Quechee and I visited both several times. “This cottage was above and beyond our expectations. It was clean as a hotel, and had so many wonderful little touches that made it feel like it was set up just for us. The location is near so many great restaurants, great skiing, hiking trails, not to mention the gorgeous lake right in front of you. Elkins is a small peaceful town that feels so relaxing. It was perfect!”

“My family of four traveled for a quick fall foliage tour mid October. We used this house as our base instead of staying at multiple places. This meant we drove a little more each day but we got to wake up and come home to this magical place. Seriously. We wanted to come home early each day to spend more time here. It’s quiet, enchanting, spotless, and filled with charm. I cannot stress how beautiful and peaceful it is being directly on the lake. We will definitely be back. ”

“A clean and appealing tiny house ideal for a single or two-person stay. We loved the views of peaceful tree-lined hillsides and the abundant natural light. Two sleeping areas include a better-quality sofa bed (unfold onto floor) and a comfortable queen bed with nice linens under the curved ceiling of the loft that feels a bit like sleeping in the cabin of a boat.
