“The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. “We came with a group of high school students. The house had a ton of room for a large group like ours. The host was very attentive if I had a need or question, it was answered immediately and very helpful. The house is beautiful, first class all the way, fresh, clean throughout. Our group will definitely book this again next year for our trip. This house is also very close to bud stop, fast food, and many other amenities. I give it a 10 of 10!”

“A friend and I were in town for a conference and the place was perfect. Obtaining the keys was an interesting but fun process. It was like a treasure hunt. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, coffee, great area. Thank you for a great stay!”

“The cottage is tiny, but it had everything we needed--a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. Everything was spic and span; there were ample linens plus extras; the HVAC was easy to operate and kept us comfortable. Loved the addition of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom! Kitchen amenities were just perfect. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Nicely appointed basement suite. Entry was a little confusing at first but there are directions, and once you get it it's convenient. I appreciated the physical keys to the space.The suit has everything you need for a medium-term stay, including minifridge, microwave, washer/dryer (very helpful), and other small appliances and gadgets. The host was very communicative and responsive. Not much came up for me but I'm sure Bibek would help make sure everything goes smoothly.Two minor items to note……

“The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. Just in case it is an issue for future guests, I will add that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. All other……

“Property was easy to find with plenty of street parking. Photos are accurate. Host is VERY responsive. Good option for short stays, weekend, business trip.”

“We needed a place for my wife and I to stay with our 6 kids (5-14) while we visited with family in the area over the Easter weekend. This house exceeded our expectations. The kids loved all of the space that they had to play and hang out in the house. Highly recommended. We even spent a day at the nearby nature center which was beautiful and the perfect place for the kids to run around and play with their cousins.”

“Place was clean and there was plenty of open space, outdoor area was also very nice and well kept.When we arrived there was a letter from the city/state citing codes the property was in violation of. The letter arrived the day before our stay.Also, there were several windows that either didn't have any blinds or curtains or what was there was broken which was unsettling as the properties surrounding are close and could easily see in (bathrooms and bedrooms). Unfaithful staff

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
