“Muy recomendable el hotel, el personal muy amable. Mi queja es con hoteles.com me hicieron un cargo por una persona extra en mi estado de cuenta, en repetidas ocasiones traté de comunicarme atención a clientes para aclarar que solo éramos dos personas pero en todos mis intentos no pude solucionar mi aclaración, es muy frustrante comunicarle con una grabadora que no ofrece soluciones y solo entorpece la comunicación.
