“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time……

“Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the hotel has plenty of choices and good selection of options. The……

“Can not fault the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals excellent food and service. There was a delay in opening roof pool and patio due to weather. Rooms are well presented and ours was spacious we had a bit of noise from car park in front of hotel and dog barking. The wooden decking outside and upstairs need some repair due to rotten timber and uneven in places. I asked to make use of spa treatment for facial and massage was informed by reception that they would check availability……
