Einziger Nachteil: wohl aus Designgründen gibt es in den Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage. Bei knapp 40 Grad ist das in der Nacht recht warm und die einzige Klimaanlage im Flur reicht nicht aus.”

The location is perfect for exploring Kotor and the surrounding area, highly recommend the boat trip to the blue cave etc and a trip to the marina in Tivat. The house is in a stunning location by the water, there is everything you need in the property and well maintained. “This holiday rental is unique: beautiful sea view, quiet location, large, clean, comfortable, large swimming pool with warm sea water, direct access to the sea. The owner lives below the residence, is very friendly and does not show himself, respects privacy. For less mobile people, the stairs to the pool might pose a problem. We recommend this stay without any hesitation!”
