“The vacation rental was very clean- in fact, It was one of the cleanest I have stayed at. The location was great, a lot to see and do in the area. The rental is very modern with nice, comfortable furniture. The only issue we had was that the first night the noise was quite loud from the restaurant below. It was after closing hours but some of the employees were continuing to party with friends. The property management was very responsive which we very much appreciated, and we did not have……

“Wow… this home was all that we wanted and more! The beautiful decor, the thoughtful touches and the friendliness of the owners made this house feel like our own home for our three day stay for the derby (we got nice pics in front of the barn doors in the living room!) We were welcomed with a cake for 2 birthdays being celebrated, which was delicious! There were fresh duck eggs in the fridge for us, as well as a fully stocked snack cabinet and toiletries. “Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Barely heard anything from the restaurant downstairs which was a potential concern. While not frequent, a train comes though downtown right out front at least once a day - only woke us up once. The TV had plenty of streaming services available, but a DVD player would be nice, at least on the main TV to allow us to play some of the movies we brought. Still, we highly recommend a stay here.”

“We had the best time at this house. The pool was perfect, the firepit is beautiful, and the hottubs were relaxing. I was lucky enough to bring my dogs with us and they had a blast too. The hosts were amazing and the communication was EXCELLENT! They not only exceeded my expectations, but they also saved our trip as we were canceled on by a different host at a different location.
