“We had the best time at this house. The pool was perfect, the firepit is beautiful, and the hottubs were relaxing. I was lucky enough to bring my dogs with us and they had a blast too. The hosts were amazing and the communication was EXCELLENT! They not only exceeded my expectations, but they also saved our trip as we were canceled on by a different host at a different location. There were a few minor things like fridge space, but that was more to do with us having enough food for 12 people for……

AC was absolutely adequate to meet our needs, and there was plenty of lounging space for us all to enjoy time together or separate as needed.The location was great, allowing us to drive to all of our interested destinations while also offering local eats for some of us to walk to at will.Communication was prompt and instructions were easy. We enjoyed all that the house had to offer, especially the basement and record player.……

“The house was charming. It was nicely outfitted with everything a traveler might need. The house was located within walking distance of several restaurants. We drove a short distance to tour the Buffalo Trace distillery. The tour was fun and informative. We spent 3 nights in Frankfort and had a lovely time. The hosts were very welcoming and provided information about the a town and what there was to see and do in the area.”

“Wonderful house, close to the Ark and Creation Museum. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, splendid library of books, pool table, heated swimming pool, fire pit, piano, games, propane grill, and more. Plenty of room for our family of 16 to spread out and enjoy themselves. Quiet location with rolling green hills and fun sightings of deer and horses in the pasture across the road. Coffee on the screened porch in the mornings, with birdsong serenades, and frogs jumping around the pond down the hill.……

“Good location to restaurants. Beds were comfortable. We were on the go much of our trip and didnt use kitchen for meals. No closet in master bedroom. Parking across the street.”

“Spacious place in the quiet and picturesque countryside yet just a few miles from Georgetown and area attractions and eateries. It cost us only 10 a day more than staying in a standard hotel room and made it much more pleasant to host family. Owner and son now live next door and daughter lives upstairs but they were quiet and very helpful. ”

“Very peaceful, very relaxing, plenty of space for our kids to run around outside and play. The kitchen and eating area was big enough that our family of 9 did not feel cramped, living room area was the same. Bedrooms worked nicely for everyone, and the full size, quality washer/dryer made laundry a breeze. A variety of toys available for our littles was special, and having a pak-n-play already there was so handy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking and baking utensils/dishes making it……
