“What an absolute dream stay! The apartment was so unique and quaint and charming! Federico was the kindest host! He was friendly, professional, helpful, and genuine. The room was SO quaint! Spacious. Plenty of amenities. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning was sufficient. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and more than ample. I would absolutely stay at this residence again! ”

“Essendo in hotel tutte le settimane per lavoro, sono rimasta scioccata della pulizia di questa struttura cioè una pulizia perfetta che neanche negli hotel si vede così ! La camera che è un piccolo appartamento è dotato di tutto il confort. Parcheggio chiuso all’interno della struttura e sicuro. La titolare è stata molto gentile e disponibile. ”

“This villa was absolutely amazing with amazing views. The host was so helpful and kind. We have never stayed anywhere where they treated us so well. Everyday they left us a gift, fresh eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries to take on the road. We only had 3 days but we all wished we had more time there. We had 3 couples and it was perfect with the outdoor area and pool! Highly recommend!”

“Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!”

“My husband and I arrived early, while the cleaning staff were finishing up. We were able to drop our bags and head off for a cappuccino and pastry, and the apartment was ready shortly.The apartment is very roomy, with a nice balcony overlooking the “rock”. We were very close to the best locations to take stunning photos at sunset and sunrise.Our host provided breakfast both days, as well as fruit, juice, milk, espresso machine and sweets. "Do not carry large suitcase as there have many many stone steps and extremely difficult to carry all the way along to hotel as google maps might fake you the wrong way. Besides of this, hotel staff are helpful and breakfast is good."
