“We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The room was simple but well appointed. Clean and very comfortable. The villa is located in a hill within the trees above the river. Very quiet and peaceful. The attached restaurant was excellent, but was only serving one of the nights we were there because they were hosting a wedding on the weekend. “I liked the location a lot! Easy to get around as the immediate area is very flat. Would be good for disabled travelers. I didn’t see any kids at the hotel but would be fine for them too. The service was generally good. However, I observed a customer complaining about something and the manager put it back on the customer. Total gaslighting. It was a reasonable complaint. “Incredible hotel. This hotel has been recently renovated to a very high standard, especially the Maraval Suite which is perfect for families.
