“Cute condo on the river. If you’re adventurous you can pick your way down to the bank. The condo was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet. The New Spot has the best bologna sandwich and the coldest beer.”

“This property was absolutely perfect! Nestled in Fayetteville with bars, restaurants and nature all just steps away. The property itself was METICULOUS! Not a single speck of dirt anywhere, including hallways and common areas. It was extremely well appointed-down to extra batteries for remote controls if needed! “The apartment had everything we were looking for. It is in an excellent location in Charleston. The block is quiet and a pleasant walk to either downtown or to the Capital. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable.
