“We were looking for a peaceful, quiet base to explore the area around Burney Falls and Fall River Mills. Jared's cabin more than delivered. Comfortable deck overlooking Hat Creek, very comfortable bed (master bedroom also with a view of the creek), kitchen and home had all the essentials for a perfect stay. Jared was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We plan to return. Highly recommend.”

“We came for my son’s 17th birthday week and it was perfect!!!! A few friends and some family so we needed plenty of room which it had. I cooked a lot and the kitchen was adequately stocked with kitchen ware for every big meal. The view was breathtaking and amazing. The property was quiet and relaxing with fun wildlife wandering around. I give this property a 5 star for sure. However to be 100% honest the driveway was not great for our boat. We have a nearly 26’ Centurion with a triple axle……

“House was in a great location - fishing 10 to 15 min, shopping 5 min. Fantastic. The house was big and set up well, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard was big and fully fenced for our little dog we brought with us. We were there for 6 days and would most definitely stay again. It's a great place ”
