“Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Absolutely loved the decor with a theme throughout the place. I love the charm of the old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. If I get back to Staunton I will definitely stay here! ”

“While the property is lovely and the stay has been nice, I will say that the information provided before finalizing the booking was missing pertinent information. There was no mention of the two sets of stairs at the front entrance. There was no mention of receiving a code for entry to property until after I booked a non-refundable booking. I had sent a query to the property but did not receive an answer before booking later the same day (the day of arrival). I did book through a third……

“We stay here overnight on our way to North Carolina Beaches. The staff is always accomodating and friendly.The rooms are well cleaned, and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is so-so, but there are other nearby options if that is important to you. There is a trolley ride around town, which the kids love. Historic downtown is within walking distance, with lots of restaurants and activities to do. ”

“Just park your car and walk to see Staunton Historic District. The rental was AWESOME!!!! Just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood. “The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there.
