“The space was great as we needed room to gather after my mom's memorial service. The bedrooms met our needs - we only slept in them. We appreciated having the double oven to heat/bake food for a gathering. The 2-car garage was great making packing the car nicer in the very cold weather.Grocery stores were nearby. The location was great for the memorial service and graveside ceremony. Folks joining us after the services had no trouble finding us.The only negative items were the very steep……

“Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink……

“The host was great with communication and she even purchased a highchair for my 12 month grandchild. The home is new construction and very comfortable. It was nice having my adult children and their families under one roof during our family's loss. Stars 🌟 all around for this gem. ”

“We had a group consisting of grandparents, parents of adult children, adult children and two younger kids. This spaces worked perfectly with space for all and lots of things to do. We were able to use the shop for group meals and all eat together. My only suggestion is to decrease the amount of fragrance used in the main house. It was overpowering to those of us sensitive to perfumes. ”

“Nice, older well maintained property. Everything is within walking distance for restaurants/shopping/etc. We all had our own rooms and the washer/dryer were a great feature to use. We went to field of dreams and tractor museum. Great weekend get away with family! Thank you! ”

“We stayed here with 2 young kids and it was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The nook of toys was a huge hit for our kids. ”

“We stayed with our family including small children. We always try to get a place with a large enough common area so the kids can play and this place had plenty of room. However, many of the outlets throughout the house had exposed outlets and the place was very dirty. The dishes were dirty, no matter if we got them out of the cupboard or out of the dishwasher. The coffee maker had a used pod in it and was too dirty to use anyways. There was a used Kleenex on the night stand of a bedroom and old……
