“Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.”

“The house is super roomy, decorated adorably, was very clean, and had plenty of extras. It was an excellent place to rest during our Colorado National Park road trip. The surrounding neighborhood is a little run down, but don’t let that deter you from renting this house. The backyard views are peaceful with no neighbors and there are mountains in sight. Everything was great, including the host, and would recommend to anyone. ”

“We were hoping to spend longer than 4 hours here. After traveling from Albuquerque, we were ready to enjoy the quietness and cool air. Unfortunately, my husband’s oxygen levels were really low. After a visit to the EMS 2 miles away, we were convinced by the deputy head EM Technician we should leave immediately and go to Montrose, CO 2400 ft lower in elevation.
