“Awesome location. Close to town. Yet a nice country view. Place was very clean and on par with what we expected. The only issue is the steps and deck weren't shoveled. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here. A wonderful place!”

“We had a great experience! Communication with the realty company and check in was excellent. The house is super cute and stocked with everything you will need. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The only drawback was the steepness of the stairs to the loft. If you can’t carry your dog up the stairs he will not be able to make it up there. Also, the location was perfect!”

“I've stayed in Davis several times but this is going to be my new favorite spot! Easy walk on sidewalks to Purple Fiddle and the shops of Thomas. Found a great free community yoga class at Bright Bear yoga also walking distance. The sleeper sofa mattress wasn't the most comfortable so I ended up sleeping on the folded up couch while my dad took the loft bed. Plenty of space for a tiny home. ”

“Property is beautiful and the Floorplan with both buildings worked great for our family of 18. Cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to details and the deck needs some repairs.”

“The property is very nice. It's apparent a lot of upgrades have been made and more to come. Heck, there's even tissues throughout the house which you don't find many places. The only pick I have is that steps leading down to the house were barely cleared of snow/ice and very difficult and dangerous to negotiate with suitcases. I shoveled them myself the next day.”

“This house was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed and more. The communication was excellent. The host had everything available to use during our stay, even nice toilet paper and paper towels. The house was clean and dog friendly. There were dogs toys and towels to wipe their feet. There is a nice table to play games at and eat our meals with a beautiful view. This is a beautiful property and it’s minutes away from restaurants . Our family liked this house so much we will be……
