“We arrived at the Casita in Bluff just in time to watch the sunset from the deck, From this rental’s intriguing photos, we’d expected the Casita to be more remote than it was. The view from the deck (shared with the owner) in front of the Casita was dominated by the rooftops and backyards of the rustic neighborhood directly below. There are spectacular bluffs behind this home, but these are only visible from the bedroom window. There were many thoughtful and even playful touches to this tiny……

“Clean and well located in a quiet neighborhood in Blanding. Well supplied.I have to deduct one star for cold feet. Hosts repeatedly and strongly asked for no shoes to be worn in the house. That's fine, but the heat units are located near the ceiling and were not easy to program.(hosts provided an explanatory video for a different model unit than the one installed). Mainly hard floors and kitchen does not have a heat unit. Our last morning there the heater was set at 75 degrees but external……

“Charming setting and stay. Very clean and modern. Just be clear that it is small including the shower stall- tricky to maneuver in. RECOMMEND dimmable can lights above bed as the light is right in your face and the bulbs are very bright and the switch behind your head is easily bumped and turned on in the middle of the night. Dimmable bulbs would be extremely beneficial. Other than that, host is quick to respond and it was a smooth process.”
