“Super cute home with everything we needed. Loved the upstairs room and the backyard. Perfect location for getting to town or for the KY Horse Park, plus supermarkets just 2 miles away. Lots of towels, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked.”

“We came for the K3DE at the horse park and this property was the perfect distance between the horse park and some nice restaurants in the city. We all really like the house it was a nice size and very cute. ”

“The house was wonderful and Jason did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome. There was a curb pulling into the driveway, so we just parked in the nearby parking lot. It was convenient, but not as convenient as parking inside the garage. Overall, we had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend this place. ”

“We attended The Road to the Horse event at the Kentucky Horse Park. It was nice for 3 couples. The house was clean and we all had king sized beds with a TV in each room plus one in the living room and the house had two bathrooms. It was nice to park off the street and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. There is a nice bakery right across the road.”

“We loved this place! It was well furnished and decorated really well. Everything was clean. The parking behind the place is an added bonus.Check in/out was extremely easy and the host was very communicative.The neighborhood doesn't look the best but don't let that detract you from staying here. ”
