“This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value.”

“Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. “This location had a beautiful view and serene outside location. Wonderful hosts, helped if we needed anything. We did not realize however it was the lower unit of the house. There were 2 families above us at different times during our stay, and we could hear every footstep from upstairs. Not ideal, I wish we would have known we were the lower unit, so we could expect that. Otherwise a beautiful place and we had a great time in Malibu!”

“This place was amazing true vacation just bring your clothes and got play in the sand! “It doesn’t get better then this”. Traveling with my husband two children and my mother in law and our Memaw. We was steps away from the beach and this is an enormous beach with plenty sand area a park volleyball and a basketball. The beds are comfortable and squeak free the only thing is that we wished we had more time thank you for making check in and check out so easy! ”
