“The home is very comfortable and cozy and beautifully appointed. Lots of nice indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering, plus a few spaces--again, indoor and outdoor--for those seeking a little solitude. Excellent location, with the marina on one side and the beach--just a couple of hundred steps away--on the other side, Very convenient to some good local restaurants, plus shopping. Highly recommend.”

“We had a fabulous trip in Malibu at this house. The views are breathtaking, plenty of room for everyone and it was clean. We utilized the pool/hot tub, tennis courts, etc. The concierge team was also very helpful! They had arranged things requested prior to our arrival, gave us numerous options for services (groceries, masssages, etc). The fridge/kitchen was stocked when we arrived and they also helped fix any issues we had. I highly recommend this magical spot! ”

“Property is as advertised and reviews were really helpful and also accurate. Nondescript from the outside, almost completely private, gorgeous and modern on the inside. The place really works if you ask me. Super clean and everything works great. They really put some money into TV’s refrigerator, washer, dryer, bedding, dishwater, furniture, really nice 2-4 person hot tub, blissful infrared sauna and really everything you need in a very comfortable setting. “We stayed here for a work retreat and it was one of the best retreats we have had! We are a team of about a dozen and the living room space was big enough to comfortably hold us all. We also used outdoor patio to enjoy fresh air during our meeting. It was such a relaxing setting and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby to have food delivered or go out to eat. The check in check out communication was so clear everything was perfect”

“This is one of those properties that’s worth every penny. First off, it was SPOTLESS. Immaculately cleaned and fluffed and dusted and everything in its place. I was incredibly impressed. Secondly, the VIEWS. Oh my! Just the most sweeping and beautiful 360 views of the mountains and vineyards. They were breathtaking! I’m weird about bathrooms, so forgive me for listing them in the WOW category. Because WOW. The master bath was perfect and so well appointed. The towels were fluffy and clean……
