“Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. Thaddeus, the owner, is an amazing host and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He keeps the property clean and in pristine condition at all times.
